TraceWay S2 PIJ 2.5 serialization station is designed for pharmaceutical labeling and has a number of advantages over alternative solutions, in particular, high operational speed, compatibility with a wide range of packages, compact size.
TraceWay S2 PIJ 2.5 is a modular conveyor system, divided into two main units. A piezo-jet printer is used to label individual packaging with Data Matrix code and human-readable information. Vacuum hold-down system provides steady movement and high print quality even for the smallest packaging materials. The package feeder on the conveyor is equipped with angle adjustment for precise tuning to allow for the most complex types of packaging materials.
All the components are software-controlled. Color 15” LCD touch screen provides visualization and equipment management. TraceWay S2 PIJ 2.5 serialization station is easy to maintain and configure, and is the first stage of the pharmaceutical tracking and tracing system.
