Privacy Policy

1 · Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Niaz Tech Solutions LLC ("Traceway", "we", "us", "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit traceway.com, join our waitlist, book or attend a demo, or otherwise interact with us. Traceway™ is a product of Niaz Tech Solutions LLC.

2 · Information we collect

a) Information you give us

• Waitlist & inquiries: your name, email address, and any company/role or message you provide when you join the waitlist or contact us.
• Demo bookings: scheduling details (name, email, chosen time) and anything you tell us before, during, or after a call.
• Correspondence: the content of emails or messages you send us.
• Ask Trace (our AI assistant): to start a chat you provide your name and work email, and we process the questions and messages you send so the assistant can answer them. If you choose to send a question to our team, we store that question and — only with your explicit confirmation — the related conversation, so we can follow up with you. Your conversations are not used to train AI models.

b) Information collected automatically

• Usage & analytics: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location (country/region), device and browser type, and similar analytics, collected via cookies and similar technologies. See our Cookie Policy for the full list and your choices.
• Email engagement: whether our emails are opened and which links are clicked (where lawful and consented).

c) Demo calls and recordings

• Demo and sales calls are held over Zoom and may be recorded and transcribed using an AI meeting assistant (Fathom) to capture notes and summaries. You are informed when a call is being recorded and may ask us not to record.

We do not intentionally collect special-category/sensitive data, and we ask that you not send it to us.

3 · How we use your information

• Operate the waitlist and send you product updates and launch news you've asked for.
• Schedule, hold, and follow up on demos.
• Answer your questions through our AI assistant, Ask Trace, and — if you ask us to — pass them to our team to follow up.
• Respond to your inquiries.
• Understand and improve our website and product (analytics).
• Maintain security, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations.

4 · Legal bases (for visitors in the EU/EEA & UK)

We rely on: consent (e.g., analytics cookies, marketing emails — you can withdraw anytime); legitimate interests (e.g., running and securing our site, responding to inquiries); and performance of a contract / steps before a contract (e.g., arranging a demo you requested).

5 · How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it with service providers ("sub-processors") who process it on our behalf under contract:

6 · Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. Your choices are region-aware: where required (e.g., the EU/EEA, UK, Switzerland, Brazil, Quebec) non-essential cookies load only after you opt in; elsewhere (e.g., the US and the rest of Canada) analytics may load by default with a clear notice and an easy opt-out. You can change your choice anytime via the "Cookie settings" link in our footer.

7 · Your rights and choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict/object to the processing of your personal information, and to withdraw consent.

• EU/EEA & UK (GDPR): the rights above, plus the right to complain to your data protection authority.
• United States (e.g., California/CPRA and similar state laws): the right to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals, and you can use the "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information" control in our cookie settings.
• Canada (PIPEDA / Quebec Law 25): rights of access and correction, and the ability to withdraw consent.

8 · International data transfers

We are based in the United States and our providers are located in the United States, so your information may be transferred to and processed there. For transfers from the EU/EEA or UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

9 · Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law:

• Waitlist / CRM contacts: until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete your information.
• Demo recordings and notes: up to 12 months.
• Analytics: per the cookie durations in our Cookie Policy.

10 · Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11 · Children

Traceway is a business product not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12 · Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version here and update the "Last updated" date; we will highlight material changes.
